4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across Egypt.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days.
- Other Governorates: 2–5 business days.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
